Handcrafted Preparation

Each Pitchman pen is handcrafted to order in the United States.
Please allow one (1) business day for craftsmanship, inspection, and preparation before your order ships.

This preparation time applies to all shipping methods, including expedited services.

Shipping Within the United States

We offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (transit time only)

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the handcrafted preparation period.

International Shipping

Pitchman proudly ships worldwide using trusted international carriers.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
All orders are carefully packaged to protect your Pitchman in transit.

Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your local customs authority at the time of delivery. These charges are not collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Gift Orders

Pitchman pens are frequently purchased as gifts.

All orders arrive in our signature gift-ready packaging.
No pricing or invoices are included in the shipment.
Orders may be shipped directly to recipients worldwide.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may vary by destination.

Delivery Considerations

Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes)
All shipments are sent Adult Signature Required to ensure secure delivery. Orders comprised exclusively of journals, ink, or refills are exempt from this requirement.
We recommend shipping to a secure location where an adult recipient will be available.
Weather conditions, customs processing, or regional disruptions may affect delivery timelines.

Expedited & Special Delivery Requests

For orders requiring delivery in less than two business days or for weekend delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Availability and any applicable charges will be reviewed and communicated prior to confirmation.
